Saint Vladislav
Stephan Vladislav, a member of the Nemanja dynasty, was the King of Serbia for ten years since 1233 AD. He was the youngest son of the first crowned King of Serbia, Stephan, who died as a monk at Mount Athos and of the Byzantine princess Eudokia. Stephan D’ the called Vladislav married the daughter of the Bulgarian Tsar Asan, and during his reign the Serbian state was divided into two states, one of which was granted to his brother.
